MEDEAMA TO UPSET KOTOKO’S CAMPAIGN

Ghana’s super fantastic league continues this weekend with league leaders Medeama SC and defending champions Kumasi Asante Kokoko who occupies fifth on the log taking center stage in match-day-six of 2012/2013 Glo Premier League season.

The Medeama and Kumasi Asante Kotoko meeting on Sunday is arguably the biggest match of the weekend, as both sides who won their previous games look to be in contention for the top.

But the stakes, though, appear high for the Porcupine Warriors who have won one game out of four successive draws.

Medeama will want to capitalize on their confidence when they meet Kotoko at the T & A Park.

In Kumasi, Alhaji Grusah’s side King Faisal will aim to address issuses against Ebusua Dwarfs in a clash of two possible winning sides at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Edubiase, sitting at the foot of the table will attempt to improve on their poor form so far having conceded 10 goals in five matches but could also go down to Wa All Stars at the Gyamfi Park at Bekwai.

Tema Youth will be seeking to build on their solid performance which saw them drew 1-1with All Stars when they welcome Berekum Chelsea to the Tema artificial park

After their Sunday 2 - 2 draw against Amidaus, Kpando Hearts of Lions will take on Ashantigold at the Kpando Park while Berekum Arsenals, who have struggled so far welcome Liberty Professionals at the Golden City Park.

Accra Hearts of Oak have found life tough losing 2 - 0 to Chelsea make it three consecutive losses on the bounce  in the Premier League are yet to collect a second win. They play premiership returnee RTU at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Elsewhere, Aduana Stars and Amidaus meet at the Agyemang Badu Park.
