LARYEA NEEDS EXTRA WORK FOR A CALL- UP

*Nana Yaw Asare
By Ebenezer Zor (ezee)
A seasoned broadcasting journalist has disagreed with some football connoisseurs yearning for Laryea Kingston call-up back to the senor national team.

He made this comment following Laryea’s performance for Hearts in the outstanding super clash against rivals Kumasi Asanke Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium last Sunday via phone at Kasoa in the Central Region of Ghana.

Mr. Nana Yaw Asare’s rich experience in the media circuit with Pink Fm  stated Laryea did not showcase any exceptional skills that should earn him a call-up into the Black Stars squad.

Nana Yaw Asare who doubles as host of Pink Fm sports challenge which comes off every Saturday at 16:00 GMT code name “Dr. Nayas” on the airwaves explained the former Celtic man, Laryea is now making his second appearance in the season for Hearts after series misunderstandings which led to the departure of ex-coach C.K Akunnor.

“The Glo Premier League is just seven weeks old. It is unjust for one to use the super clash performance from Laryea as a yardstick for a call – up” he stressed.

Mr. Asare advised Laryea Kingston to work extra hard if he wants a place in the Black Stars team ahead of the continental showdown next year in South Africa.
