Lewandowski is a ‘Special Striker'

I never dreamed that Borussia Dortmund’s talisman Robert Lewandowski could demolish Real
Madrid in the first semi-final stage of the 2013 Uefa Champions League last Wednesday at Westfalenstadion in Germany, and I now understand why Lewandowski is tagged the ‘Special Striker’.

The Polish striker scored four goals against Real Madrid to became one of the few players to have single-handily dismantled Real Madrid by such a margin of goals in the history of Uefa Champions League.

Lewandowski credentials were seen not to be too big after leaving Lech Poznan in 2010 to join German side Borussia Dortmund nicknamed 'The Black Yellows".

I would not be surprise if in the years to come he wins more laurels in his football career and most significantly the FIFA Ballon D’Or.

As i watched the game even the galaticoes defence set up could police Lewandowski as he was too much for them. No wonder teams like Bayern Munich, Manchester United and others are struggling to acquire his signature for their respective matches next season.

Indeed Robert Lewanowski is a trademark of a future world class player and I congratulate him for the wonderful things he is doing for the club and face of football at large.

He is a special striker destine for greatness and no one can take that from him.
