Ghana’s midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu scored the first goal of the 2013 ongoing AFCON tourney after the two opening group A matches produced no goals.
Badu who plies his trade with Italian Seria A side, Udinese got the goal in the 40th minute in their group B opener against DR Congo yesterday at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
