Leadership is like a marathon, the jury considers it not how gentle, beautiful, intelligent, wise one runs in a competition,but ones position at the end of the marathon. The fall and non-performance of leaders in an organization is attributed to what I termed as THE TEN meanings of the word “leadership”.
The alphabets starting from;
L means LEAD
E means Encourage
A means Attitude
D means Developer
E means Endurance
R means Resilience
S means Stewardship
H means Honesty
I meaning Integrity
P meaning prayer
Well folks if one is a leader, wanting to be a leader, born to be a leader, yet to be a leader, then one must understand and operate in the meanings of the word “LEADERSHIP”. Remember there is always a difference between facts and truth.
